Dr. Gracia "Grassi" Etienne, MD

Dr. Gracia Etienne is the founding father and CEO of the MIVO Foundation. A native of Haiti, he personally travels and guides our missionary teams to L'Estère, Haiti in order to provide orthopedic care at the MIVO Clinic at least four times per year.
Dr. Etienne went to college at Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey and completed medical school at The Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey, PA. Dr. Etienne subsequently finished his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at State University of New York, followed by a fellowship (subspecialty training) in Adult Reconstructive Surgery at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.
Dr. Etienne has been in practice since 2001 and is currently a managing partner at OSS Health in York, Pennsylvania. He is a Christ disciple and has earned a doctorate degree in Theology with a concentration in Biblical Studies. “I am an unapologetic follower of Christ. My primary goal is to help people and if I can’t, at least, to not hurt them”.
